Please raise a support ticket so we can attempt to help you with this, however as explained in the warning when you enable passcode it can not be removed by the user and as our app only stores data on your device (we have no copies of anything), unless you are a backup customer.
However if you are a backup customer please raise a support ticket and specify your username so we can retrieve your data and remove the code for you.
Remember the simplest way to remove the passcode is to reinstall the app - however this will wipe all your data.
