The app has built in password recovery on both iPhone/iPad and Android and screenshots are given below showing the location of this feature.

Once you have selected the option you will receive an email with the password recovery, please remember to check your SPAM incase it's been incorrectly placed into it.

If you have also forgot your username and/or continue to experience issues after the reset please raise a support ticket
