If you have purchased from Amazon , NOOK or Slide.ME please contact their customer service departments for assistance if the app is not being offered as a free download again.
If you purchased from Google play simply ensure you are logged in as the same user as you purchased from , open Google Play , Press the Menu key and choose My apps and it will be in the list.
